Job Description for:
Outside Sales and Marketing Position for Bicoastal Media encompasses two elements….creativity and stamina.
As an outside sales and marketing person you are responsible for developing, and maintaining clients that will utilize radio air time to help grow their business. You will be trained in a system that utilizes a proprietary technique for teaching you how to market not only radio as a medium, but you will also learn how to properly match stations to a clients potential customers.
Any Successful Candidate must possess the following:
· Sales Experience is not necessary, but helpful
· Personable
· Good Appearance/Good Communication skills
· Professional Dress and Etiquette
· Must be available for station events and promotions outside of the regular work hours
· Must be willing to attend some community events and functions
· Must possess a valid California Drivers License
· Must be insured
· Computer skills necessary. Must be familiar with Microsoft Office programs
· Creative thinker
· Must excel in multitasking
· Compensation
· Salary: Salary/Commission Combination. Potential earnings of 36,000 – 40,000 year one
· Medical/Dental/401-K Plan/Paid Holidays/Vacation
