Sentence for Marijuana Cultivation Site in Mendocino Nat’l Forest

A man found growing marijuana in the Mendocino National Forest has been sentenced. 39-year-old Pablo Barreto-Cruz, of Mexico, will spend five years and three months in prison and has been ordered to pay almost $23,000 in restitutionn for cultivating marijuana on public land and depredation of public lands and resources.
